Please Note - Important Info regarding Transport to Valle Nevado & El Colorado:
1) Roads to the Ski Centers: Valle Nevado, El Colorado, Farellones & La Parva are two-way on weekdays: Monday to Friday. On weekends and national holidays, to ease the flow of traffic in Chile, there are certain restrictions: from 8.00am-13.00pm vehicles are ONLY allowed to go up to the ski resorts; from 14.00pm-20.00pm, vehicles are ONLY allowed to descend to Santiago. There are no restrictions between 20.00pm and 8.00am. Transport providers arranged through SkiTransporte.cl comply with these regulations.
2) In the very unlikely event of extremely bad weather conditions prior to descent towards Santiago, which result in the Ministry of Public Works closing roads to Santiago, SkiTranporte.cl is not liable for guest accommodation expenses at the resort, nor responsible for changes to your schedule. If prohibitive weather conditions are declared by the Ministry of Public Works, you will not be charged for the affected transfer.
